Acceptable Use Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all use of ShotGenio, including uploaded screenshots, the visual editing tool, AI caption generation, caption refinement, exports, and any future AI-assisted visual features.
Sexual and adult content is prohibited
Do not upload, edit, transform, caption, request, generate, or distribute sexual or adult content using ShotGenio.
- Pornography, sexually explicit material, or graphic sexual acts.
- Sexual nudity, fetish content intended for sexual gratification, or promotion of sexual services.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, or sexual exploitation.
- Any sexualized content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor. This is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance.
- Attempts to evade these restrictions through coded prompts, cropped screenshots, euphemisms, or indirect requests.
Other prohibited uses
- Illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.
- Harassment, threats, hateful abuse, or content targeting protected characteristics.
- Graphic violence, glorification of violent wrongdoing, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Fraud, phishing, spam, malware, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, or manipulated evidence.
- Uploading private, confidential, or personal information without authorization.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights violations.
- Bypassing safeguards, reverse engineering access controls, automating abusive traffic, or reselling access without permission.
Your responsibilities
- Review every AI-generated caption before publishing it.
- Confirm that factual, commercial, and promotional claims are accurate and lawful.
- Use only screenshots and images you are authorized to process and publish.
- Avoid uploading passwords, access tokens, health records, financial details, or unnecessary personal data.
Enforcement and reporting
We may reject requests, remove access, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct where required by law. Policy enforcement may involve automated provider safeguards and human review of reports, but publication of this policy does not mean every prohibited item is detected automatically.
