Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of ShotGenio. By accessing the service or creating an account, you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

Accounts and service

• You are responsible for your account, OAuth provider access, and activity performed through it.
• ShotGenio may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service.
• You may not bypass access controls, manipulate credits, interfere with the service, or use another person's account.

Your content

You retain ownership of screenshots, text, and other content you submit. You grant ShotGenio and its processors a limited permission to process that content only to provide, secure, and support the requested service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that your content complies with law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

AI captions

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and must be reviewed before publishing.
• You are responsible for verifying names, numbers, claims, permissions, and compliance of final posts.
• AI output is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Sexual or adult content is prohibited in both the AI caption generator and visual editing tool as detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Purchases and credits

• Current prices are published on the Pricing page. Creem processes checkout and displays the final total.
• Lifetime Editor is a one-time license to use the listed editor features for as long as ShotGenio continues to offer the service; it is not a guarantee that the service will operate forever.
• AI credits are consumed per successful generation or refinement. Failed provider requests are intended to be refunded automatically.
• Purchased and included credits do not expire under the current offering, but they have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• For billing problems or refund requests, contact support@shotgenio.com. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the checkout terms presented by Creem.

Third-party services

ShotGenio depends on third-party authentication, AI, hosting, payment, and image-search services. Their availability and terms may affect features. You are responsible for respecting the rights and license conditions of third-party images and other materials.

Enforcement and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or conduct that risks harm to users, providers, or ShotGenio. Serious illegal content may be reported where required.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that AI output will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotGenio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
